Excellent to work with and oustanding cleaning. They cleaned an ink and a dog stain from my carpet. Those stains are almost invisible now. Honest, reliable - Gallagher's will do what it takes to make their customers happy and help them get their money's worth. I had a couple of "browning" spots and I called to inquire about them and they helped me understand and were out the next day to take care of them. That was a few years back, and I've never had a problem since. I appreciate the education they give me about carpet care. I also appreciate their years of experience with carpet repair. We removed our fireplace and Gallagher's was able to patch in just as if the fireplace was never there.

I trust you to do a consistently good job. You haven't let me down yet. Andy rescued my entry rug and hall carpet from multiple footprints of almost black paint spilled in the grass by housepainters and tracked inside on shoes of the cabinet makers who came soon after. We also have a laundry room carpet that got pretty wrecked during a bathroom remodel project. Gallagher's is the only company that cleans it so it looks good for months rather than weeks.
